Elme Communities (formerly WashREIT) was founded in 1960 as the first real estate investment trust (REIT) in the United States. In 2022, they consolidated their diversified portfolio into one focused solely on multi-family housing, carving our a niche for the value-conscious renter.
Transitioning from a B2C to B2B company, Elme hired us to create a warm, welcoming voice for their new brand. We wrote their brand voice guidelines, conducted a complete webiste re-write, and edited their 75-page ESG report.
